School administration analysis(Its about a specific School)
Is it good by any chance to make a student of class 8th sweep and clean principal's office? Or five students cooking an entire meal missing out all their classes from morning 8 O'clock to 12:30 p.m. just to impress a school inspector and that too for principal's sake? I entirely disagree with this kind of inhuman and totally unimportant behaviour of the school principal for her students. I was in total shock when I saw a girl with a cloth in her hand and wiping off the floor and dusting, cleaning everywhere in school as we were expecting an inspection.
Five of them were cooking the afternoon meal including 2 kind of vegetables, Puris, Chawal, Kheer and so on.. Girls cooking for Govt. School Inspection Officer
Human Beings' character reflection lies into his nature towards everyone (specially with someone who is lower with respect to position). And our principal behaves with her teachers as if she has bought them. I know its natural to develop a pride of post but if pride becomes haughtiness in any form it should be dumped. A school teacher who devotes her time to educate students. She comes to the school after doing all her household work and goes back to the same mess in the afternoon. And here in school She is busted with loads of work. Please let her live life respectfully. And also let the students be the students and not your workers.
