1.) DevelopmentModi (superior performance of Gujarat in industrialisation, agricultural development, and overall growth. So 8/10)
Kejriwal (yet to test but his one month performance in delhi make me feel he will do good still 7/10 from my side)
RaGa (I doubt on his capabilities. For me 3.5/10)

2.) Decision making and Leadership

Modi (9/10)
Kejriwal(7/10)
RaGa(2/10)

3.) HonestyModi(7/10)
Kejriwal(8/10)
RaGa(6/10)

4.) Public reachabilityModi (7/10) (Has done things to increase reachability in Gujrat)
Kejriwal ( An Aam AAdmi :) 9/10)
RaGa (VVIP -Sehjada in Modi words5/10)

5.) Media Attention Seeker(Less in scale more attention seeker)Modi (9/10) (In least favor of media. People love him for his work.)
Kejriwal (7/10) Media seeks more attention on him to me
RaGa (6/10) Spends a lot to get a good image but never been sucessfull. Keeps making comments to get on top of media
