Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara or Pyaar Ka Dard Hai is an Indian soap opera produced by Rajshri Productions, which airs on Star Plus. It started airing from 18th June, 2012 every Mon-Fri at 10 pm.
The tag line says "Kal ki parvarish par tike aaj ke rishtey" very well establishes the ideology behind the show.
The story showcases a deep-seated topic that addresses what really impacts the way the younger generation looks at and deals with relationships in their adult lives. It explores how the family environment and his upbringing play a major role in deciding how the child will deal with relationships in the future - Whether he/she will have faith in love and relationships? A child looks at his parents or other family members dealing with their relationships and then he also tend to follow the same path.
The story tell us the journey of the protagonists, Aditya and Pankhuri, who have polar opposite views about relationships. Aditya has lost faith in the institution of marriage and relationships because of his parents' separation. On the other hand, Pankhuri believes that the right partner completes a person obviously because she has seen successful marriages and lots of love in her family. The show focuses on how the two meet, fall in love and marry with each other.
And right now, the story is building on the struggle of Pankhuri to unite all of her in-laws. She is already successful in uniting her father-in-law and mother-in-law.
