Punar Vivah is an Indian soap opera that airs on Zee TV. It premiered on 20th February, 2012 and replaced Bhagonwali-Baante Apni Taqdeer. It airs every Monday-Friday at 10:30 pm. The show receives tough competition from Balaji Telefilms's Bade Achhe Lagte Hain which airs on Sony TV at the same time. It is dubbed in Telugu and broadcasted by Zee Telugu as Punar Vivaaham. It is also dubbed in Tamil and broadcasted by Zee Tamil as Marumanam which is aired from 01st October, 2012.

Punar Vivah is the story of two individuals Aarti and Yash, set in the Indian city of Bhopal in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Aarti is a divorcee with a son, Ansh. Yash is a widower with two daughters, Payal and Palak. It has been four years since Aarti's husband left her. Yash's wife, Arpita, died three years ago. Aarti's in-laws from her previous marriage and Yash's family want them to get married. Initially Yash and Aarti get married for the well being of their kids after a lot of hesitation. Aarti and Yash begin to fall in love as time moves on. Thus the story revolves around their life after their Punar Vivah.

There life saw a lot of ups and downs till now in the show with Prashant's (Aarti's ex-husband) coming back and trying to ruin their lives by using his own son Ansh. After his death now a new twist is prevailing in the show with the "discovery" of Sindhiya's real son Akash and his wife Ishita's entry into the show. They are showing Ishita as the new antagonist now who is starving to get "Yash" from Aarti and playing different tricks to do so.
