How To Increase Body Weight Quickly

How To Increase Body Weight ? we all know by eating banana and drinking milk we can gain weight easily.
in this post we will discuss about how to Gain weight my first advise is gaining is more difficult then losing. Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.

Men, just like women have to live up to the medias expectations of what an ideal male body looks like. However, many men, especially young men are naturally thin with high metabolisms. So they feel they have some catching up to do to look "ideal" In case you haven't guessed yet, I'm pretty passionate about the subject of gaining weight because gaining weight was one the most rewarding things I have ever done for myself. I would suggest first stop thinking like a freak, To Gain Mass, You Must Eat, Eat And Then Eat Some More!

To build muscle you must eat the right foods in the right quantities. n addition to eating more calories, you also have to eat more often. Eating three meals a day does not cut it! It doesn't provide your body with the constant flow of nutrients and energy it needs to grow.

So, you must increase your meal intake to 6 per day — eating every three hours.
When you only eat 3 meals per day, there are many hours between each meal in which your body is left without any food to use for energy. During that time, if you have a fast metabolism (most hardgainers do), your body can go into starvation mode and start to breakdown muscle tissue for fuel. I have been taking personal training of various of my client all over the city and I see guys at the gym working out 5-6 days per week for 2 hours or more each day — but they always look the same. Always.
Too much training and incorrect eating are two reasons why most people never get beyond an average physique.

ne last point before we wrap up. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. They are the richest source of vitamins and minerals (particularly antioxidants) and have both health and weight gain implications.

The elements above have the most influence of your level and rate of weight and muscle gain. There are other important factors we haven’t touched on such as vitamins and minerals, fiber, water, alcohol and cholesterol… all very important to your health. its not written by me, found it on net and sharing it.
