Reduce the amount of salt u take avoid salt where ever you can. but you should avoid salt for very long time as it would lead to other ailments. My advice for all my readers/visitors is reduce salt avoid salt where ever you can and take a fruit daily. be any fruit other than banana. If you are not ready for yoga or exercise don do it. don put yourself in stress to do that or do this. do what you want only leisurely.
